Hi, I'm Kevin Shroads
My journey into coaching began with my own transformation—a profound shift from facing cancer to discovering a deeper purpose in helping others find their way forward.
In 2016, at age 26, I was diagnosed with cancer. What began as the most challenging period of my life became the catalyst for everything I do today. Through my recovery, I discovered the power of mindfulness, presence, and authentic connection—not just as concepts, but as lived practices that transform how we experience life. That experience cracked me open in the most beautiful way. It taught me that our greatest struggles often become our greatest gifts, and that real transformation happens when we learn to meet life with courage, compassion, and clarity.
How I Work
My approach combines deep listening with practical action,
creating space for both insight and transformation.
I balance deep insights and reflections with action. We’ll go deep and uncover what you REALLY WANT, look at what’s been holding you back, and identify the steps forward to get you there — so things actually change. So that you can live your best life, in alignment with your truth and your deepest desires.
This life is short. The only time is now.
As I often remind myself:
"We are just one step away from having our lives change forever."
