What You'll Experience
Over the course of our time together, we’ll meet 4 times weekly on Zoom for a one‑month journey together.
Sessions include:
Mindfulness and meditation practices you can use daily.
Coaching and group discussion for clarity and insight.
Practical tools for moving from presence, to insights, to action.
A space to share, connect, and learn with others.
This isn’t about learning theories. It’s about practice, presence,
